Service Terms

Clear scope, clear payment, clear delivery boundary.

These terms keep small fixed-scope work practical: low-risk inputs first, a concrete artifact, and no hidden requirement to hand over accounts.

Fixed-scope services

CodeKidz Studio provides focused digital-service deliverables such as audits, briefs, checklists, templates, data cleanup notes, and no-login diagnostics. Each task should have a clear input set, output format, timeline, and boundary before payment.

A checkout link confirms the scope described in the email or written thread that contains the link. New requirements, broader investigation, account access, implementation work, or production changes may require a revised scope.

No-login first pass

The normal first pass uses public URLs, screenshots, exports, redacted files, copied snippets, or static materials. We do not need customer accounts, passwords, payment information, customer records, or admin access for the first pass unless a later paid upgrade is agreed.

If a deeper review becomes useful, we may ask for a temporary read-only, viewer, limited collaborator, staging, or test-account invite. We do not ask for main passwords, and we do not make live production changes unless separately approved in writing.

Payment and delivery

Most small tasks are paid upfront through Stripe or another approved payment rail. The checkout description or email thread will identify the deliverable, timeline, and any materials required from the client.

Work starts after payment and after the required materials are available. If the client sends incomplete or conflicting information, delivery timing may move until the missing context is supplied.

Refund boundary

If work has not started, a payment can be refunded. If the materials are reviewed and the task does not fit the agreed scope, we will either refund the payment or propose a revised scope before continuing.

Once the agreed written deliverable is sent, payment is not refundable for third-party outcomes such as Google, Shopify, app-store, search, ranking, traffic, approval, reinstatement, or platform processing changes. One bounded correction is included for omissions, misread inputs, or formatting issues within the original scope.

No guarantees on third-party systems

We can provide evidence, diagnosis, implementation notes, and prioritized next actions. We cannot guarantee third-party platform approval, indexing, ranking recovery, ad approval, traffic lift, sales lift, or support response timing.

We do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or regulated professional advice. When a task touches those areas, the deliverable is limited to organization, evidence review, formatting, or operational notes.
